During my brief time on this planet, I’ve witnessed a multitude of individuals feeling helpless and powerless in solving a multitude of problems. I witnessed my own life struggling with beliefs that controlled me for a very long time.

Providentially I found an oasis in the dessert!

I learned that our attitudes, patterns and behaviors are formed through our experiences. They sequentially establish a code of law that quietly presides over our lives. I now thank God! I had the privilege to re-organize my belief system through a process that guides me to my authentic self. It helped me create a new fresh convention of law: one I shaped through an astonishing step-by-step process that transformed my life.

I now have the good fortune to live my life with more power, freedom and grace while helping others transform theirs.

Sadly, most of us remain clueless about the negative programming embedded in our codes of belief. Sometimes, we even feel pompous about them. We are blissfully unaware that this programming is at the root of our unhappy predicaments.

The key to happiness is recognizing the programming and creating new programs based upon integrity. At the same time, we can release any guilt or shame. It is said: “knowledge is power”.

Wayne Dyer offers powerful wisdom: “Change the way you look at things and the way you look at things will change.”

In my previous article titled Weight Loss Tips: Savior or Sham?, I stressed the importance of uncovering the patterns, habits and beliefs that hold you back. Those beliefs terrorize your mind, and prevent the flow of what you want to achieve in life, including losing weight.

America is one of the countries with the highest percentage of obesity in the world. Our system encourages people to eat in fast food restaurants and consume junk food. Our eating habits are ruining our health. Diabetes, heart disease and cancer are the most frequent end results of our horrendous eating habits. If you allow the trend to overtake your life, you will surely become obese, and unhealthy.

So how could a number of classic weight loss tips rescue your life? It is well known that losing weight is by no means easy. It is one of the hardest goals to realize.

The problem stems from our internal voices that supersede our conscious desires. Our judgmental minds shout at us, triggering voices from our past: “you can’t do it”. “It’s too hard.” These are beliefs that are
deep-rooted and obstruct our objective to loss weight. That is why we need to identify those beliefs that constantly betray us.

On the other hand, we have within ourselves, the power to correct this. We just have to uncover the negative programming and eliminate it.

If you become aware that all you see in your existence has been created by this thinking, you would change your life in magnificent ways. Even the Book of Proverbs 23:7 states: “As a man thinks in his heart, so is he”.

I encourage you to read and absorb these quotes from James Allen book, “As a Man Thinketh”:

This can be a starting point for you that can lead you to the freedom you seek. You will feel inspired: “the way you look at things and the things you look at will change.”

This is an authentic way in which you can lose those pounds and achieve your highest aspirations. You will find that your life is empowered in every area of your being. Once you identify that villain that has been
misleading you, you are free of its chains, and you can choose the life of your highest desires and imagination.
