mirror of our inner stories. Our beliefs are armed by thoughts, and thoughts make stories that are interpreted by our mind. Many of these stories have a negative composition and were formed by unfinished events or repressed circumstances from our infancy. These unfinished emotions triggered by an event, send an acute feeling of discomfort through our brain, causing unbalance and distress. Our mind, which is an expert in interpreting, analyzing and judging these stories, makes us believe that it is the truth; nevertheless, it is an illusion.

 Because our beliefs, thoughts, actions and words, are composed of energy, and everything that you see, touch and smell according to Quantum Physicists is made up of energy, it indicate us that we are energy beings. We are  like radio transmitters, emitting energy 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every second of our existence. And it is indestructible, unlimited and eternal!!

 Our beliefs are energy. Every belief contains a myriad of thoughts that construct a story. Every solid thing is also made of energy; there is a bunch of energy in display.  The story that is being reflected in our mind emits feelings, and these feeling eventually become our physical reality. Every thought or thing has a specific signature of energy. In the book conversations with God, Neil Donald Walsh states: “feelings are the language of the soul’. I believe they are the bridge of communication with universal intelligence: messengers of wisdom.

This communication weather is clear, blurry or distorted, is received instantly in the realm of infinity. As these transmissions are perceived by the Divine Consciousness, an equal energetic response immediately is on the way. We are co-creating with the Universe. This is what is called the law of personal creation or the law of attraction. “Like attracts like.”

What kind of energy are you sending? What inner stories dominate your thinking?  What you sent out, comes back like an echo. So awareness to these stories is the beginning of transformation, and true transformation comes only through experience: The experience of being.

Our health, prosperity, success, and happiness is linked to our relationship to Universal Consciousness. How is your connection?

I  realized that it was an entirely new paradigm of being. Receiving the Transmission of Divine Grace was my genuine practice, and the fantasies and ideals I had envisioned became my reality. Now I comprehend, that I don’t have to fix any thing, and there is no more search for truth since  it lies within. Perfection is elusive, but we are perfect living from our true self.

I understood that it is about awakening from the illusion of this drama! and that this Divine Transmission is a miraculous vehicle that quickens this awakening. It has the focus and intent to lead us to its door smoothly and effortlessly….

Freedom

Life is about living, not about existing. We are merely wasting our divinity by resisting every instance that doesn’t meet our expectations.  That is what suffering is: resisting what we don’t like. So, our challenge is to learn to accept the moment and make peace with it no matter how it appears. We cannot change it any way! So why bother? The beginning of freedom begins with welcoming “what it is”.

Guest House

And how can we achieve this marvelous state in the midst of the craziness around? The reality is that we don’t need to be lost in an island or in a cloud to connect with source. We can find a quiet space and do the following exercise.

• Close your eyes
• Bring your focus of attention into yourself
• Breath gently and harmoniously
• Follow your breath and feel your chest and your stomach muscles as you inhale and exhale.
• Feel every cell of your body
• Relax and let go. Most likely you won’t be able to let go
•  Accept it
• Be
• Experience the Divine presence !

If you don’t achieve your desire state you will at least get to be in a meditative state. enjoy it!

How can we love?

This morning I started my day with a beautiful reading that inspired me profoundly. I received a  message , that was specially beautiful  about the attitude of love.  It reminded me that it is by letting go that freedom is experienced and that it is the way love flows back to us easily and effortlessly.

So what is love?

Love is the creative force of the Universe. Nothing moves, flows or exist without its beautiful essence. Every thing else that we classify as non loving, or to be more accurate as negative, is love that has been distorted, deformed or corrupted. The beautiful energy that at one point was pure love, became dense and turned into a lower vibration that doesn’t feel so good any more. You can call it, rejection, dislike, unpleasantness, jealousy, frustration, boredom or even hatred.

So the question is how can one love? If our egos are incapable of really loving, and the reality is that it is too much for the mind to be able to experience love in its purest form, how can we feel its essence? In my opinion, it can only happen when we are absent from our mind, and allow Grace to step in and work the miracle.

In his article, Stan Sanderson states “An attitude of loving teaches us the inviolable connection between love and freedom. We’re reminded that, “If you love something, let it go. If it comes back to you―it’s yours. If it doesn’t―it never was!” Though our tendency seems to be towards the attitude of ownership when it comes to things like wives, husbands, children, relatives, friends, and acquaintances.”

I selected this beautiful poem to remind you how wonderful and powerful you are. It is so easy to loose sight of our strengths and reality. We live in this diluted illusion that is deceitful and destructive. However, when we experience a glimpse of our wonders, and  remember our natural state, every thing flows easily and effortlessly.

You have most likely suffered through anxiety attack symptoms at some point in your life: But, are they real?

People frequently tell me that they suffer from horrendous anxiety attack symptoms. My usual replay:  “I am glad you say ‘symptoms’, because that’s all they are. They aren’t real. They are simply feelings that have not been expressed freely.

In reality, what we fear is only an illusion of the mind. Anxiety comes from fear. And what is fear? It is false evidence appearing real: merely a trick the mind plays on us.

So what is the best remedy? To acknowledge that anxiety attack symptoms are only referred, misplaced feelings. And experiencing them is fine. Emotions are natural and they should flow without hindrance.  But we are used to repressing them, and so, they haunt us forever…. they want to find freedom! They are imprisoned in our mind. So relax and let the feelings go. Fear faced is fear defused.

The real solution is to quiet your mind. Arrive at a state of Meta-Consciousness and all fears dissolve.

Remember that you are an unlimited “self”. You are not your “little self”. You can free yourself from the traps of the ego. Meta-Consciousness is the pathway.

If you want to improve your relationships, I will help you harmonize them. And if you are a slave to any kind of addictions, reaching a Meta-Consciousness state can help you cast off those chains.”-Rosario
