In essence, we are all energetic beings. This energy is moving through us and with us at all times. We are like radio transmitters, sending electrical vibrations impacting our physical and spiritual environment.

As we emit energy through our thoughts, emotions, feelings, words and actions, it attracts everything like itself. We are like magnets: “Energy attractors”. This system is a product of the Divine. The Source of all creation; pure energy; pure Spirit and it seeks expression through our true selves.  There is no doubt that “Energy oneness is the path to fulfillment.”

Stress management has been touted for several years as a panacea for personal anxiety. I think it is time that the stress (no pun intended) on this “cure” is reconsidered. Perhaps there is a better way? There is a noticeable shift from materialism to spirituality throughout the world. These trying times are awakening us to the realization that ascendancy to a higher spiritual plane is the path to achieving inner peace, prosperity and success. Without rising to a higher level of existence, there is little or no communication with spirit.

While we will concentrate here on disabling anxiety, it is also worth beginning by noting that worry and tension can sometimes activate a positive force. In a recent article addressing “signs of stress” I
wrote: “It is important to be aware that stress can have its redeeming affects: Its positive form, called “eustress,” can help you to be sharp, alert energetic and focused. It can also be a wise device working as a safety valve of protection in your life.” Likewise, anxiety in some instances can help you stay alert and vigilant. It also works as a force that begs you to find answers to a problem that requires resolution.

Of course, there are negative effects as well. In our crazy, fast-paced world today, it’s easy to imagine that the majority of people suffer with stress and anxiety attack symptoms.

It’s normal to worry and feel tense when we are under pressure or experiencing fear. It is our body’s natural response to protect us from danger. The uncomfortable feelings can be acute as in the “fight or flight response”. Or, they can be chronic and debilitating over a long period of time. Anxiety attack symptoms manifests as a wide range of physical and emotional ways. I am not a therapist. But as a spirit-guided coach, it seems clear to me that our emotions directly affect our body. They produce positive or negative thoughts. When thoughts are pessimistic, they create nonconstructive reactors in our nervous system that affect our physical body.

It was still dark outside, and I was in a profound sleep, when I  suddenly heard an alarming noise that made me jump out of bed. Our alarm system broke up loudly at 6:30 am.  As we  rushed down the stairs we found silence all around  the house

and found no broken windows or doors. A bird might have crushed on our basement sliding glass door.  Or was it the Easter bunny?

Sundays, I usually sleep on a litter longer catching up from my busy week, but this Sunday morning I was forced to get up from my bed.   My feeling tells me something had to awaken me, because today is a special day. And my desire was to be in touch with the essence of what Easter Sunday really means.

Depression leads to feelings of weakness, dis-empowerment, being lost, unloved, unappreciated and lack of acceptance.
When depressed, our connection to our magnificent Spiritual energy is broken. We fall into the trap of victimization, feeling sorry for ourselves.

What would happen if you could know the truth and understand what is behind those tumultuous thoughts?  Would you see how false and misleading your ego can be? Could you see how powerful you truly are? People who finally admit that they allow their egos to enslave themselves, see their artificial illusions, damaging ambitions and energy-reducing appetites begin to disappear. Are you willing to challenge yourself and make a conscious choice to change? Are you ready to break out of the yoke of depression?

Providentially I found an oasis in the dessert!

I learned that our attitudes, patterns and behaviors are formed through our experiences. They sequentially establish a code of law that quietly presides over our lives. I now thank God! I had the privilege to re-organize my belief system through a process that guides me to my authentic self. It helped me create a new fresh convention of law: one I shaped through an astonishing step-by-step process that transformed my life.

We often do not manifest the desires of our hearts because our intention to realize them is not backed up with true faith. We are blinded by familiar, doubting thoughts that assault our mind regularly and constantly.
Unless we recognize those thoughts and create new ones, with fresh perspectives, we will continue repeating the same stories over and over. What we actually do is cope with them, creating our own strategies and mechanisms to obtain abundance and prosperity in a way that adds stress and tension to our lives. We are convinced that success realization requires us to work harder then anyone else.
